I loved Strava when I used to mountain bike. I haven’t been since before I got pregnant with my first child. I even got titled “queen of the mountain” at a course here in Nashville. I miss riding so much, and this post is inspiring me to get back out there!
Wow, “queen of the mountain”! That’s an awesome Strava title. From one internet stranger to another, you should totally get back out there! I’ve always wanted to get into mountain biking, but I need to get over my fear of crashing first. 😅
I was totally afraid at first too, but it took just a few times to get used to it. I would get on the same course when I started and eventually got better and better at it. It’s so thrilling, and I just love being out in nature. Highly recommend!

Thank you! I think I will!
